📖 How to Run in 10 Seconds

1. Run Local Agent Daemon

cd packages/local-agent
go run .

Agent binds only to 127.0.0.1:9921 with an auto-generated random security token.

2. Run Local Dev Echo Server

cd packages/echo-server
go run .

Echo server listens on :9922 with global CORS enabled for instant test runs.
